台湾周辺で日本・アメリカ・フィリピンが共同訓練　「地域の平和と安定損なう」中国軍が批判

フィリピン軍が海上自衛隊やアメリカ軍とともに台湾周辺で共同訓練を実施したことについて、中国軍の報道官は「地域の平和と安定を損なうものだ」と批判しました。

日本・アメリカ・フィリピンの共同訓練は、23日から台湾に近いフィリピン北部のバシー海峡付近で行われました。

これについて中国軍・南部戦区の報道官は27日、「南シナ海の情勢を混乱させ、地域の平和と安定を損なうものだ」と批判する談話を発表しました。

そのうえで、中国軍も23日から26日にかけて南シナ海の海域で警戒監視活動を行ったことを明らかにしたうえで、「断固として国家の領土主権と海洋権益を守る」と主張しました。

台湾周辺で3か国の共同訓練が行われるのは初めてで、中国軍としては警戒感をあらわにしています。

フィリピン軍の参謀総長は、来月に行われるアメリカとの合同軍事演習に、日本から自衛隊の「戦闘部隊」が初めて参加すると明らかにしました。

フィリピン軍のブラウナー参謀総長は24日、首都マニラで開かれたシンポジウムでこのように述べ、来月20日から行われるアメリカとフィリピンの合同軍事演習に、自衛隊の「戦闘部隊」が初めて参加すると表明しました。

自衛隊の参加はフィリピン軍との共同訓練の手続きなどを簡略化する両国の「円滑化協定」に基づくものだとしています。

ブラウナー氏は、南シナ海の領有権を争う中国を念頭に、「一方的な現状変更の試みを拒否する」と強調したうえで、日本やアメリカと安全保障面で連携を深める重要性を訴えました。
